Во время сильного ливня на Кубани проводились автоматические сливы воды на Неберджаевском водохранилище, однако утверждать, что это стало причиной наводнения, рано, заявил РИА Новости старший помощник руководителя следственного управления Следственного комитета РФ по Краснодарскому краю Иван Сенгеров.
"В течение 13 часов проводились неоднократные автоматические сливы, но говорить о том, что это стало причиной наводнения, еще рано", - сказал собеседник.
Он добавил, что сливы воды были порционными. Сама дамба повреждений не имеет.
Собеседник агентства отметил, что, по данным Гидрометцентра РФ, за сутки на регион выпала годовая норма осадков. В субботу Гидрометцентр сообщал о пятимесячной норме осадков.

P. Bush actually ran a state of Texas and his father ran USA as a President too, so we may suggest that P Bush actually could be one of the designers, but P Obama - not
regarding FEMA story : my take is that there is first time for everything: FEMA failed.They learned. I will inquire about the details , I want to learn from the experts NOT FROM LEFTIST PROPAGANDA as what You basically repeat here
Obama is a nice guy- that is what helps to implement policies
But the design is institutional
When we hear Obama criticizing Bush - it is more of the political camouflage and tricks then anything else: Obama completely follows the strategy as a continuation of Bush legacy
though it will never be revealed like that for the reasons one can easily figure if one puts his mind into it
