Protesters have replaced the presidential flag, which flies over the palace in Prague, with a pair of giant red underpants.
The protest was aimed at Milos Zeman, president of the Czech Republic.
The Ztohoven group have played a number of pranks in the past, and apparently chose red to symbolise what they see as the Czech president's overly close relations with Russia and China.
